By using this website and engaging Stonebridge Automation Group for consulting work, you agree to the following terms.

Website use

This site is provided as-is for informational purposes. We make no warranty about the accuracy or fitness of any content here.

Consulting engagements

Every consulting engagement is governed by a written scope-of-work that we provide and you sign before any work begins. These terms apply only to the website and high-level engagement framing; they do not supersede the scope-of-work you sign.

In general:

• We bill via Stripe Invoice unless otherwise agreed.
• Payment terms are net-15 from invoice date.
• Deliverables are delivered as-is. Specific warranties, if any, are spelled out in the per-engagement scope-of-work.
• We retain the right to refuse or end an engagement that is unsafe, unethical, or outside our competence — with a pro-rated refund of unearned fees.

Intellectual property

Code, documents, and other artifacts we deliver to you under a paid engagement are yours, with the exception of any general-purpose tooling, libraries, or skills we use across multiple engagements (which we retain rights to and may license to other clients).

Limitation of liability

Our liability under any engagement is capped at the fees you paid us for that engagement. We’re not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
